“I find it hard to go to any venue that gaslighting misogynistic men’s rights activists like Bitchin’ Hour (spit) have played – fuck the cunts at the lounge bar for their willing to support pure misogyny.”
That one guy on the internet
Hello gentle readers.
Once again, I have made one man on the internet very sad with my checks notes… “this selfish, individualistic, incoherent nonsense that is woketardation.” That’s a direct a direct quote that.
Turns out writing about why supporting the local music scene has caused this delightful cretin to crawl out his box and comment the below wonderful comment on my post..
“To be honest it is people like you that are destroying local music scene.
As someone who believes in the sex based rights that women and LGB people have fought for and thought they had won, I find it very hard to go to venues which put naive young women at risk of sexual assault in mixed sex toilets.
I see women like Lucinda from Kamikaze Girls getting her tits cut of because she thinks she is neither a man nor a woman (make it make sense) and cannot go see a band I used to love, because I cnnot support self-harm.
I find it hard to go to any venue that gaslighting misogynistic men’s rights activists like Bitchin’ Hour (spit) have played – fuck the cunts at the lounge bar their willing to support pure misogyny.
And that’s before we get onto how cunting boring and shit and regressive and tedious and bland and wet just about every young woketard is in 2025. Woke bigotry needs to end. Support women, LGB people and – most importantly – economically disadvantaged people. Fuck this selfish, individualistic, incoherent nonsense that is woketardation.”
Now I didn’t approve this comment on the post, because why would I when such an archaic view deserves to be discussed on a public forum. Shall we break it down comment by comment? Really get into what this utter cockwomble is trying to school me on?
“To be honest it is people like you that are destroying local music scene.“
100% I am. That’s why I go to local shows all across the south, support up and coming musicians, offer access to our large list of promoters across the UK to help advance their music careers, offer discount photography sessions and buy as much merch as I can… but yeah sure.. I am destroying the local music scene.

If it wasn’t for a TRANS WOMEN, Marsha P. Johnson an American gay liberation activist and self-identified drag queen literally known for being an outspoken advocate for gay rights. Johnson was one of the prominent figures in the Stonewall uprising of 1969. If It wasn’t for this incredible person (who used she and her pronouns) LGBTQ+ rights wouldn’t be what they are today. 1970, alongside Sylvia Rivera, Marsha co-founded STAR — an organistation dedicated to helping homeless transgender youth and other marginalized people in the LGBTQ+ community. They provided shelter, support, and advocacy at a time when trans people (especially trans women of colour) were often excluded from mainstream gay rights movements. SO baby, don’t forget the T in LGBTQ+.
Have a quick google babe… means you can learn something new.
A 2018 study by The Williams Institute found no increase in assaults or safety incidents in areas that allowed people to use restrooms matching their gender identity. Reports from organisations that focus on women’s safety (like End Violence Against Women Coalition in the UK) note that while mixed spaces may raise concerns for people, most assaults still happen in private spaces or by known individuals, rather than random attacks in public restrooms. Surprisingly, this is more likely to be an issue in a swimming pool changing room than at a music venue toilet, maybe you should email your MP about that?
” I see women like Lucinda from Kamikaze Girls getting her tits cut of because she thinks she is neither a man nor a woman (make it make sense) and cannot go see a band I used to love, because I cnnot support self-harm.“
Hang on let me fix what you have said here. “I see people remove a body part that I find attractive from them I pretend I am outraged on behalf of women and won’t go see a band I enjoy because now the thing I like to look at has gone and I believe female’s should only look and act the way I believe they should. I don’t think women should have any form of free thinking to be anything other than women because I can’t comprehend what non-binary means in my hamster brain.” That’s better, I fixed it!
“I find it hard to go to any venue that gaslighting misogynistic men’s rights activists like Bitchin’ Hour (spit) have played – fuck the cunts at the lounge bar for their willing to support pure misogyny.‘
Cor there’s quite a list of venues you can’t go to now aren’t there? Please let us know where else you like going so we can play there and ruin it for you. I won’t lie, the spit had me laughing. We actually having a shirt made of your last review of us “talentless bunch of shit cunts” a compliment from someone who is only upset because we believe and we will always believe that trans women are women and trans men are men. Are you not embarrassed in the big year of 2025 that this is how you’re acting.
Also put some respect on the Lounge Bar’s name and use capital letters when addressing them. It’s a place name, that’s literally basic stuff. The Lounge Bar is one of the safest, most inclusive places that we have had the honour and fucking privilege of playing. It’s where we enjoy being and without the love and support of the staff and owner, we wouldn’t be the “talentless bunch of shit cunts” you see before you.
Do you know the definition of misogyny my dude…
“dislike of, contempt for, or ingrained prejudice against women.:”.
.. so like how you treat the women in Bitchin’ Hour? Simply, because we will now, always and forever believe trans women are real women. We support and protect women, men and non – binary folk by handing out free rape alarms at all our shows, for free, which we do off our own backs, or how about the fact we partnered with Drink Safe to offer 15% off all drinks covers at all bars, clubs, pubs and venues to help protect everyone.
Let’s break this down in clear terms:
You have spent 5 years online abusing a set of women in a local band (lol) and this is peak misogyny because:
- It’s Targeted Hatred Toward Women for Existing Publicly:
The abuse isn’t random — it’s directed at women who dared to create, perform, and take up space in public. Misogyny often surfaces when women are visible and confident, especially in male-dominated spaces like music scenes. - Sustained, Obsessive Harassment:
Misogyny isn’t just about individual insults — it’s the obsessive, relentless need to control, belittle, and punish women over time. Five years of constant abuse shows it’s not disagreement or critique — it’s a deep resentment of women’s autonomy and presence. - Disproportionate and Gendered Focus:
Would the same effort have been spent on men in a local band? Probably not. Misogyny singles women out for abuse for things that wouldn’t spark the same rage if men did them — expressing opinions, having confidence, making art, or just existing. - Attempts to Destroy Confidence and Safety:
Misogynistic abuse aims to push women out of spaces they love and make them question their worth. Five years of online abuse isn’t about discussion; it’s a calculated attempt to break them down. - Underlying Insecurity and Power Hunger:
Misogyny stems from a desire to feel superior. Spending half a decade fixated on hurting women in a small band reveals how threatening female independence and success feel to some men.
In other words: it’s not just “being mean” — it’s sustained, gendered, hate-fueled obsession aimed at tearing women down for daring to exist with confidence and talent. That’s misogyny at its most concentrated.
I really think it’s time you seek therapy hon.
‘And that’s before we get onto how cunting boring and shit and regressive and tedious and bland and wet just about every young woketard is in 2025. Woke bigotry needs to end. I 100% am going to pitch to my band that we do a cute new tee with Fuck this selfish, individualistic, incoherent nonsense that is woketardation. on. Thanks for the new merch idea babe ❤
